<P>I personally went over to your house in November (11/19) far in advance of the first event(12/11) to request parking permits for holiday parties. You assured me that you would take of this the next day and obtain these for me. Now I receive a copy of an email on Wednesday, December 6 at approximately 6 pm in the evening with ONLY THREE working days in advance of the event with a request to send the 100 permits <U>in the mail</U>. </P>
<P>Also, you that said that I had informed "several neighbors," when in fact I had sent an email to the entire list serv of the neighborhood association.</P>
<P>Is this is an example of how the system of residental parking works?</P>
