If we are continuing the tradition of not issuing day passes for parties, please advise how we can ensure Mrs. Graves that the police will not be ticketing. Through the note below she has informed several neighbors, and the event is outside RPP patrol hours, but she is concerned that a neighbor has complained in the past, calling the police to ticket, and may do so again.<BR>
